A little bit about me and my journey to here...
I have been following the Fast Like a Girl (FLAG) programme for 3 years, it has transformed my cycle, my health and my life. I am so passionate about the FLAG lifestyle I wanted to share it with as many women as possible.
I started out talking to my friends and family, then holding talks to women in my office. I am now a qualified Fast Like a Girl Certified Coach and here to help and support you. With teachings on how your body works, to improved lifestyle tips for a better you.
I am also a Vedic meditator and avid Wim Hoff follower. With these three main practices in my life I have gone from being a rushing women and chronic people pleaser to a calmer more cantered human with the creativity and space to help heal others.

My mission is to help as many women as possible to learn about their hormones and enable them to be healthy and happy.

I believe in the importance of hormone health for all women and offer tailored advice for fasting, diet, and lifestyle changes to improve your health, whether that's overcoming an illness, losing weight or just trying to be a healthier you.
My vision is to create a fun, engaging community spirit, where every woman feels uplifted and supported on their journey to better health.


Infradian Rhythms
Means any cycle longer than 24 hrs.
Most people have heard of a circadian rhythm and the sleep-wake cycle. An Infradian Rhythm is a biological cycle longer than 24hrs, in women these are hormonal fluctuations including puberty, menstrual cycles and menopause. Some of nature's Infradian Rhythms are the seasons, hibernation and the moon cycle.
Female Infradian Rhythms are the corner stone of my practice. As women, we cannot go through life without these profound life rhythms, and lots of us are unaware of them.
We need to come back to the body, listen to the inner noise and what the body is telling us. The only way the body can talk to us is through symptoms.
My job is to listen to your symptoms and work with you to amend your lifestyle, alleviate your symptoms and improve your health, whatever your goals.
