
Hi, I’m Charlie the founder of Infradian Rhythms.
After transforming my own hormonal health through the Fast Like a Girl (FLAG) lifestyle, I created Infradian Rhythms to help other women do the same. I’m a Fast Like a Girl Certified Lifestyle Coach, trained under US menopause expert Dr Mindy Pelz.
Hormonal changes can impact your energy, mood, sleep, and confidence. Using the Mindy Pelz FLAG method, I support cycling and perimenopausal women through hormonal change and dysfunction—so they can feel strong, balanced, and back in control.
By understanding how your body responds to hormones and the modern environment, we can optimise your health. Through fasting safely, alongside nutrition, movement, and detoxification support, I work 1:1 with clients to reshape their habits around their individual needs and goals.

What is an 'Infradian Rhythm'
It means any biological cycle longer than 24 hrs.
Most people have heard of a circadian rhythm and the sleep-wake cycle. An Infradian Rhythm is a biological cycle longer than 24hrs, in women these are hormonal fluctuations including puberty, menstrual cycles and menopause.
Some of nature's Infradian Rhythms are the seasons, hibernation and the moon cycle.
Female Infradian Rhythms are the corner stone of my practice. As women, we cannot go through life without these profound life rhythms, and lots of us are unaware of them.
We need to come back to the body, listen to the inner noise and what the body is telling us. The only way the body can talk to us is through symptoms.
My job is to listen to your symptoms and work with you to amend your lifestyle, alleviate your symptoms and improve your health, whatever your goals.
